Poor kid! And they're going to call their third child "Crispi" bacon because that's gender neutral.

I don’t think it’s any more nuts that some of the names that celebrities give their children. I couldn’t get too worked up about it. It will be a shame if the children get teased about their names at school, but other than that, I don’t see what the problem is.

Grandeur · 18/09/2022 14:24

Truly, truly awful 😂

A youtuber has recently named her newborn baby girl "Malibu Barbie"
Going to be a tough time for her on the playground if she grows up to not be much of a looker 😂

whatsup00 · 18/09/2022 14:27

It's worse if all of the children have bacon in their names.

Isaidnoalready · 18/09/2022 14:27

In some countries it wouldn't be allowed are you sure its not just a nickname? My dd was called sausage

HandbagsnGladrags · 18/09/2022 14:29

I prefer Pancetta myself, it's a bit more classy.

link to full article in the sun. Kid's first name is Theodore.

Georgeskitchen · 18/09/2022 14:37

How did these half wits fulfil their craving for attention before social media was invented?

ComtesseDeSpair · 18/09/2022 14:37

So Bacon is their surname and the children have traditional first names but bacon-related middle names? Bit of a non-story really.

minisoksmakehardwork · 18/09/2022 14:40

@ComtesseDeSpair - total non-story.

Wenwes · 18/09/2022 14:40

That’s a terrible tattoo the godfather has - looks like Smokey himself did it.

KnickerlessParsons · 18/09/2022 14:47

I have friends with surname Bacon - that's not unusual. I hope Smokey etc are nns and not registered names.

CakeCrumbs44 · 18/09/2022 14:57

So his name is actually Theodore/Teddy. It's a stupid middle name, but plenty of people have ugly middle names or no middle names at all. He can just stop using it when he's older if he doesn't like it.

I assume it’s their surname

mamabear715 · 18/09/2022 15:02

Just going to call Whisky, Gin & Newkie Brown for their lunch.. ;-)

bettbburg · 18/09/2022 15:06

What's wrong with Kevin? Confused

Sparklesocks · 18/09/2022 15:11

The Sun run stories like this on purpose because they know it’s easy to provoke outrage clicks.

diddl · 18/09/2022 15:14

So the kid isn't really called Smokey Bacon.🙄

diddl · 18/09/2022 15:15

Nah!

That's just silly.😁

Antarcticant · 18/09/2022 15:15

Yes - smoky bacon is far too common. 'Artisan cheddar and hand-picked onion' would have a bit more class.

Somethingsnappy · 18/09/2022 15:36

Absolutely. A simple 'Kevin' would have sufficed... 😉

Somethingsnappy · 18/09/2022 15:37

Ah, someone got there before me... I should have read the whole thread first.

You really don't see what the problem is? 🤣
