Of course! I've lost 3 stone and lowered my Hba1c but I do have the occasional treat, plus I don't always eat what I cook, my dd helps me out there 😉

I just nabbed one on amazon.de, also have them on amazon.es. Plug will obviously be an EU plug but reviews on German amazon say the rest is in English. I'm hoping to have an easier Christmas Dinner with this.

I don't even know what it is. Has it made the microwave redundant?

I have the Af400 dual. Can fit up to a 2kg chicken in each drawer and cooks in about an hour. It's brilliant.
Pitta pizzas, steak, chicken wings, jackets, toasties, chips, sausages, burgers, bacon, hallomi all great. It's also brilliant with reheating pizza, doesn't make it soggy like the microwave does, I'd never have put the oven on just to heat a slice of pizza!

I’m in Southampton and selling mine for £100 if you can collect? I have 3 other ninjas so not using it and need the worktop space x

Suzannah the Ninja AF400uk goes in stock every day... but only for a few seconds at a time. You'll need an app on your iphone like Hotstock Stock Alerts to be able to buy it in time. I got mine from Amazon yesterday and am already in love with it (had my first meal with it this morning)
