To think William and Harry don't have to make up?

Am I the only one who is a bit irritated at coverage of the Prince and Princess of Wales and The Duke and Duchess of Sussex and focusing on their falling out?

Am I the only one who is not bothered if they don't make up? Loads of siblings fall out and go low contact with each other, obviously the vast majority of people are not royalty, I know that of course.

I just think all focus should be on the Queen's sad passing, who devoted her life to the service of her people.

I think the papers would be privately devastated if they made up. This is like a royal divorce and they haven't had one in a while. It sells papers.

I know it's sacrilegious to say so right now but I care not one fig for the Royals. Any of them. And I've no interest in their petty squabbles with one another, they're just doing what royals have done for centuries. At least they're just on non-speakers instead of murdering each other as they used to do. Keeps the Nicholas Wichells and Lady Colin Campbells of this world in employment. Experts all.

I totally agree. Tbh, I have a sneaky feeling that the King is going to pick his moment & 'trim' down the royal family, leaving Harry & Meghan to their own devices in USA.
In his first speech, he praised William & Kate, announcing they will now be known as Prince & Princess of Wales but just 'sent his love' to Harry & Meghan. I don't think there's any way back for them 2

Loads of siblings just go through the motions at family events, Harry and William aren't exactly unusual as brothers are they.

When I saw the thread title, I thought to myself that, no, William and Harry don't have to bother with stuff like foundation and concealer, unlike their wives. Oh my, I am a dolt. I'll blame my age this time.

I honestly doubt they have really fallen out. The media likes to make a big thing out of it all but they print crap and do all they can to ruin people's reputations. William and Harry will be fine.

I find it amusing that people believe that they honestly only have conversations that the media know about and that everything the media reports is gospel.

Am not sure there was a big fall out? Think it's they are more distant. And that's normal thing to happen to close siblings once they get married and have their children. Also perfectly possible for siblings to disagree how each other lives their lives and lead very different lives, but still love each other. But we'll never know either way! Only they know how they feel about each other.

I think William and Charles have moved on and are just not interested in Harry and Meghan any more.

Truly moral people don't hate individuals for historical injustices and wrongs. Its an immature, ill educated and selectivly lazy thought process.

Yes, but they probably spent the holidays off doing expensive things that rich people do - sailing, riding, shooting skiing - and with the age difference could often of been wihtout the other.

As a mother of two sons, yes they should make up. I would be devastated if my two, now grown sons fell out . When i am gone, they will be each others only remaining " blood" family. I appreciate they will have wives and children but , nothing will ever take away that they are brothers who, have grown up together.

As a mother who gave birth to them both and watched them both grow, laugh and share experiences, this would be heartbreaking. Luckily my 2 boys have a very close bond and a good relationship, seeing each other every other weekend and come home here with me.

I really hope William and Harry reconcile. I am sure their mother, who was just a mother ; their mother at the end of the day, would be devastated to see them so distant.

They are 2 years apart in age, most posters on here seem to think that's a small age gap, why would they do different things? They absolutely don't need to have much contact adults though I agree

I doubt they could make up at this stage. The RF wouldn’t allow Harry anywhere near them now other than for the odd ceremonial occasion because of his liability to sell details and fabrications of every encounter to the highest bidder.

Sometimes, siblings do unforgivable things. Harry turned his back on the duty and service expected of him, but wants all the privileges of his position. Harry is beginning to remind me of the Duke of Windsor.
