Mouse - Help

Mouse behind kitchen plinth. Only one little gap for it to get out of. Tried holding a bin over the gap every time it peeks its head out, but I know I wouldn't drop it in time (and will die trying). The gap is on the top of a 10cm or so plinth, so it has to climb over and drop down before it can run away.

Ideas to catch it and get it out of the house,
PLEASE?!
