Meghan Markle’s “Archetypes”

The 2nd podcast with Mariah Carey is going to be dropped this week and I cannot wait! I thought the first one with Serena was fascinating to get a glimpse of her outside of the tennis court.

Absolutely LOVE Mariah too, she has such a fantastic sense of humour, sends herself up but is so incredibly talented. I have a feeling it’s going to be even better than the first.

The only criticism I have is that the series should be called “Stereotypes” or at least have that as a sub tag. Archetypes on it’s own suggests a discussion on the “archetype” of a profession/role/personality/character etc. whereas the series is evidently more about breaking stereotypes.

AIBU for being so pedantic?

YABU for listening to it in the first place. The woman is a pathological liar.

Yes, but the main thing is that it obliquely references Archewell, not that it means what you think it should mean. 2023 will see the release of Archebishops, Meghan's exploration of the Church's influence over politics and secular culture, followed up by Archeologisms, in which Tony Robinson and Serena Williams discuss shards and self-actualisation. And then Journeys Across The Archepelagos of Me with Meghan and Michael Portillo.

And all because MM discovered that Prince George called himself Archie when speaking to strangers, as a security measure.

Urgh how can you bear to listen to that woman? I couldn’t care less about the royal family or Harry (good riddance) but I take issue with her being an attention seeking, lying narcissist.

I hope you're on commission!

Good grief, Mr Scobie, have you nothing better to do with your time?
