So in theory she should win as it probably was defamatory and Rooney didn't show it was a true statement.

Colleen who is a private person has had to expose home truths about her family life. That must be so hard for her. Vardy has come across as a really unpleasant person. Cold and a liar which even if she wins she will never shake off. Let’s face it if she had said and done nothing after Colleen outed her we would have all forgotten about it by now. She was I’ll advised to go through the courts.

Colleen I hope will get The right result but personally through lack of evidenced ( disposed of) I think Vardy will win.

I'm pretty sure CR has proved her statement was true - either RV did it or had knowledge of it - so surely she should win.

What time is the verdict announced? Is there any live updates?

just checked - midday - which I assume is noon. So will be checking twitter!

RV comes across as someone who has climbed the ladder if life by being a professional mean girl. It would be rather wonderful if she was popped back in her box temporarily.

Colleen tried on 4 occasions to stop this going to court. It was vary who pushed for it.

I really hope Colleen wins but I think Vardy will because of the lack of evidence (that's sitting at the bottom of the North Sea...unbelievable!!)

As another poster has said, Vardy comes across very unpleasant and I'd say the majority of people get this vibe too.
