To invite all Mumsnetters to remember Noah Donohoe today, on the 2nd Anniversary of his disappearance?

All Mumsnetters are warmly invited to post here to remember Noah and in support of Fiona and Niamh. The 3 images I have attached are from his mummy Fiona Donohoe and his auntie Niamh Donohoe.

Some Mumsnetters will have seen my threads and those of other Mumsnetters about beautiful Belfast child Noah Donohoe. At 6.11pm today, it will be 2 years since Noah was last seen alive. It was the last ever day that Noah and his mummy Fiona could exchange a hug and say 'I love you'. Then Noah cycled off to meet his schoolfriends to work on his Duke of Edinburgh Award, but he never arrived. After Noah had been missing for 6 days, his naked body was retrieved from a storm drain.

Noah's mummy Fiona and auntie Niamh are still having to fight very hard for the truth about his death and for justice for Noah. If you haven't already signed, a link to Fiona's petition, so far with 307,442 signatures, can easily be found in the OP of this thread here:

Young Noah Donohoe just didn't stand a chance, when you look at the hate openly displayed to this day by some members of society. They are a hardened, hate-filled minority of a community, but what is being done by the PSNI and the good majority of that community to stop them?

The images are of bonfires only a couple of days ago - in the place where Noah disappeared and died - you can see the sectarian and misogynist hate speech graffiti, including 'ALL TAIGS ARE TARGETS', together with the burning of flags, election posters, images of the Pope, and also effigies were burnt. Taig is a derogatory term for Catholic people. Some Mumsnetters will already be aware that this was the word also used by PSNI officers to mock the body of a person who died by suicide, after they had moved, posed, unclothed and exposed, photographed and videoed him, then photoshopped speech bubbles on and shared those images - this was also in Belfast, where Noah disappeared and died.

Just like Noah's disappearance and death, I can't imagine that the PSNI will put too much time and energy into investigating this either:

Unfortunately a very vocal minority of people have chosen to complain to MNHQ about the threads about Noah. Whether they are motivated by a lack of compassion, by bigotry, by racism, a combination of the three or something else, I can only guess. Noah's mummy is trolled on social media, so this has come as no surprise, although it is a disappointment on here. They won't win. Justice for Noah. 💙

Can't imagine the pain and I am so sorry for it.

They ought to be ashamed of themselves! I've lurked on these threads and taken action when requested, but didn't feel able to say anything of value. These complainers have changed that and it'll make me want to bump this as much as possible whenever I'm on here 💙

Why? Just why would anyone complain about a thread highlighting such an important issue? I really am raging. Like @100yearsdotcom I'm going to try and remember to bump this as much as possible. I'm from Belfast and was in Derry at the weekend and it was good to see posters up there too. Honestly, my heart aches for that poor boy and his mum.

Rather than just clicking away from the threads, ignoring them or hiding them, it seems that some people would rather make complaints about them and personal attacks against me in posts or reports. Thank you for posting and for your understanding and support @Blackopal, @100yearsdotcom and @ClinkeyMonkey . We will carry on raising awareness and keeping Noah's name in the hearts and minds of the public until the day that the truth is told for Fiona and Niamh, there is justice for Noah and other children are safe. 💙
