Best simple period tracker?

Not an AIBU as such, but wasn't sure where to ask! Women's health??

Anyway, I've been using Flo for a number of years, but recently I find the app very busy with constant pop ups and offers of their premium service. I don't need daily insights! I've also heard that the owners have been involved in some dodgy dealings with selling user data to Facebook and Google, etc.

I would like a simple period tracker without any bells and whistles. I don't need to tell it how I'm feeling or what my discharge is like. Just record the date, predict the date next month, and probable ovulation as well.

Is there such a thing??

I use Flo too but yes do find the pop ups annoying..interested to hear others!

ShaneTwane · 30/04/2022 23:40

I use clue and glow. Clue is pretty simple and straightforward. Glow is bells and whistles.

Cstring · 30/04/2022 23:42

I use Flo, but disappointed to hear they’ve been selling data to FB.

BananaBender · 30/04/2022 23:43

My Calendar: Period Tracker. Simple, easy and you can turn off the bells and whistles.

Clue is simple and accessible. I like it.

AnneLovesGilbert · 30/04/2022 23:44

Another vote for My Calendar. It’s great.

The Apple health app for me that comes with iPhone

I used clue for years. Very useful over peri menopause. I did pay £10 per year for it tho.

This is what i was going to say - it’s standard on an iPhone if you’ve got one :)

I use Ovia, I find it really user friendly.

Ellewoods20 · 30/04/2022 23:49

I use this one. I’ve been using it for years. I’ve tried others but this one is best for me. It tells you when you’re ovulating as well.

I like the free version of Clue. They don't sell your data whereas I believe some of the others do.

Impatientwino · 30/04/2022 23:53

I use the apple health app too - super simple and does everything you want.

FuckYouBing · 30/04/2022 23:56

I use period diary. Really simple but you can add moods and what not if you want to.

PickAChew · 30/04/2022 23:57

I used the one that came with fitbit when I was in peri. Currently on cycle day 866, so it's redundant, now!

Howaboutnope · 01/05/2022 00:01

Ovia is brilliant

RamblingFar · 01/05/2022 00:07

I use Period Calendar by Amila.

Justhereforthis · 01/05/2022 00:11

Apple health app. Simple and easy to use.

OkPedro · 01/05/2022 00:12

I use "my calendar" on Google play.

That's what I use too!

Ihaveroyallyscrewedup · 01/05/2022 00:23

I use Ovia, it’s very rarely off and when it is it’s by a day. The Fitbit tracker was consistently off by up to a week, I found I kept having to manually edit and it was still way off with the next prediction.

JulesRimetStillGleaming · 01/05/2022 00:27

I use P tracker. Been using it for years and no complaints.

BlessingInDisguise · 01/05/2022 15:59

Thanks for the suggestions! No iPhone though so can't use the Apple suggestions unfortunately.

I'll check out the other suggestions though, thanks!

If you have a Samsung, the Samsung Health app has a basic period tracker on there. I use it to mainly figure out my dates and the only thing I have to do is make sure I mark the first day of my period. IIRC it's designed by Flow without needing the separate app

NamechangeFML · 01/05/2022 16:08

I used my fitbit?
kept inputting the days and then it worked out my fertile dats etc.
had a baby pretty quickly in late 30s
