To be creeped out by Monty Don plunging his fingers

...into the soil? I know he's just planting plants, but the way he ploughs his big muddy forefinger and middle finger into the earth, over and over again, makes me cringe.

I just need to stop watching Gardeners' World, I suppose.

Did you see the episode recently when he was lying on the ground to ‘enjoy the dog tooth violets’? Surrey he’s deliberately trying to be seductive. He’s missing the mark - it was definitely more creepy uncle than sex god of the gladioli.
