AIBU to want a sports bra with two cups?

I’m quite large boobed. About a FF cup but I’d still like to have a sports bra for gym work and cycling with two cups instead of a monoboob.

can anyone recommend one????

Yes, you want a Freya Active underwired or a Panache!

Florence4170 · 22/04/2022 20:46

I've just bought one from Bravissimo. www.bravissimo.com/products/inspire-high-impact-crop-sports-bra-ln911/#animal-print-ln911anp
It looks lovely and feels very secure. Comfy too.

I’ve got a great wired sports bra from Bravissimo, it’s one of their own brand ones. I’m a 34GG so a lot of sports bras are absolutely useless for me, but that one is the best I’ve found.

Crawfishspots · 22/04/2022 20:47

Panache! Not shock absorber. Boobydoo website have a good selection

bbn81 · 22/04/2022 20:48

I have some wired ones from M and S which I love, I need proper support even though only a c cup.

ManateeFair · 22/04/2022 20:48

The style I mentioned just now is called Inspire - they do a wired bra and a crop top in that range. Not tried the crop top but the bra is ace and has proper cups.

Is yours this one? I’ve been looking at this today.

The link I supplied is for the Inspire crop top style. It's a little more expensive but it's great. I'm a 32FF

SorrelForbes · 22/04/2022 20:51

Panache underwire sports bra is brilliant.

This looks like I’d get monoboob unfortunately.

Freya have them.

museumum · 22/04/2022 20:52

Sorry for the cross posts @ManateeFair and @Florence4170 - I will try the inspire bra version.

Thanks also for the Freya and panache recommendations!!

I have the bravissimo one and also Elomi energise. Both have proper separating wires in them

Florence4170 · 22/04/2022 20:53

Not, it's underwired and you are separated. I've been wearing mine for every day too.

1990s · 22/04/2022 20:59

The underwired Panache, 100% no monoboob. I find them incredibly comfortable.

Also 34GG.

MrsSkylerWhite · 22/04/2022 21:02

M&S front fastening post surgery sports bras have cups.
I’ve had a mastectomy but the only difference between it and a regular sports bra is that it has a pouch for prosthetics.

Loving all these suggestions. I’m a 36GG and always find sports bras challenging!

Getoffmyshoes · 22/04/2022 21:07

Off the wall choice but you need SYROKAN full support from Amazon. Leagues ahead of the panache ( which still left in my opinion quite a lot of bounce). This one is not the most comfortable to put on, but once wearing it it’s fine, and it’s the only bra I can comfortably run in as a 32G, there is literally no tugging of the boobs with these!

To add, these have a very thick racer back strap, which IMO is what makes the difference in terms of harnessing the boobs down! Shoulder Straps just don’t cut it for me.

I like my Freya active for this

IbizaToTheNorfolkBroads · 22/04/2022 21:14

Ennell sports bras are often mentioned on threads about sports bras that give you a bit of shape

Catdogmum · 22/04/2022 21:17

Another vote for the Elomi Inspire - wear it all the time now
