AIBU to want a sports bra with two cups?

I’m quite large boobed. About a FF cup but I’d still like to have a sports bra for gym work and cycling with two cups instead of a monoboob.

can anyone recommend one????

I've got this one:
www.bravissimo.com/products/inspire-sports-bra-au27/#blackgrey-au27bg

It's really good. Wired and absolutely no mono-boob.

Panache underwired are really comfortable and the shoulder straps hook together to make a racer back very easily to keep everything secure. I find I need a size larger though to get the right fit.

I have had panache, bravissimo own brand and shock absorbers from bravissimo, do read the reviews as some need size up or down (I'm usually 32gg but have had 34 backs on some). I care more about not moving whilst running or doing hiit than monoboob but all these brands have been ok for me.

This is all fantastic info. I wear the shockabsorber ultimate run happily for running when comfort is all. But for the gym and cycling or hiking I’d rather look less like I’m wearing a stab vest.

This also for the racer back less bounce situation

The panache underwired is amazing and also gives such a good silhouette that I’ve been tempted to wear it under my ordinary clothes!

A pp mentioned Enell - don't try those, they're a "strap em in" monoboob style like Shock Absorber. They also chafe like hell IME if you're running long distances. Syrokan give you a monoboob as well as they don't divide and lift.

Broadly, a sports bra falls into one of two styles. The "strap em in" approach (probably 90% of styles) works by compressing everything together. There's no central "flat bit" between the boobs, which is what you need to look for if it's shape you want. There's some really decent bras in this category (ie Shock Absorber Run) but you do end up with one big monoboob.

The second category (Panache, some models of Freya) separate the boobs and encapsulate each one separately. They look more like a normal underwired bra too. I found these better when I had much larger boobs, but now I'm down to a DD or thereabouts I can get away with either style.
