To ask what does CF mean?

I think I've figured out most abbreviations on MN but I just can't imagine what cf might stand for even though I understand how it's used. The only thing I can think of is "cunt fucker" but it's not that is it??

Also, what is ama?

It took me ages to figure out what is pita but it finally clicked.

Does anyone else have any abbreviations they don't understand?

I think CF is very much a mumsnet abbreviation. I don't think I've seen it anywhere else

If remember correctly (or IIRC) there was a rash of threads in AIBU of outrageous demands from friends/family/neighbours.
It started with "they are really cheeky" to "what a cheeky fucker" to "what a CF"

I worked out most of the acronyms on MN too but like you, took a while for the CF penny to drop. Took even longer to figure out LTB! Have to confess I had no idea what AMA was either until just now . There's one left to work out and I've been too embarrassed to ask. Now the perfect opportunity has arisen, I can't remember which one it was.

Lol I'm here for the abbreviations. I have to google them all! This is how I found this thread! I thought CF meant something much worse...!!! In my head it still does ;)

I keep seeing Hit The Hay with HTH but it never made sense to tell someone to go to bed after offering them some advice

At one time CF used to be cunty fucker. I think now it has been watered down to cheeky fucker
