To wonder about your average wordless score ?

I don’t want to ask on my social media as I know it annoys some friends if people go on about wordle and I don’t wanna be judged. :-D

Kinda curious though about what other people’s average scores are though . Is it mainly threes and fours for you too?

1’s a cheat, 2’s a fluke, 3 or 4 is normal with practise and 5 and 6 are frustrating?

I’m a solid 4 mostly. Three is I start well, 2 a couple of times.

Have you tried Quordle? More strategic, four times the fun.

quordle and octordle etc are easier I find. A few guesses with different letters in, and then you've got all the letters and it's just anagrams.

Yeah, it typically takes me 4 guesses. Sometimes 3, sometimes 5. I have never done it in 2. 6 is unusual and very frustrating when it happens!

Mine looks similar. You can also try Dordle (two words), Quordle, as PP suggested, Octordle (8) and Sedecordle (16!) if you really have time to burn! DH also does Nerdle, which is sums

My stats are 3s slightly more than 4s. I get cross if I don't do it in 4. I got a 2 once.

I get a mixture of mostlt 4/5/6. With slightly fewer 4s. But I am quite lazy about it and will throw in words to rule out more letters. Rather than working with, say, three letters.

@NotMeNoNo - I start with ADIEU (which gives a good run of vowels) or STERN (most common letters in English).

I'm usually 3s & 4s.

4 is the most common but it's fairly evenly distributed between 3-6. Never managed 2 or 1.
