To ask whether you floss your teeth?

I used to floss (almost) every day but it was the first thing to go when I got pregnant as it made me feel so sick.
I mentioned this to a group of friends and none of them floss but they all seem to have perfect teeth anyway.
So I was wondering how common it actually is.

Do you guys floss your teeth? How often etc.

Yes daily or every other day or else gums bleed and teeth don't feel so clean. Only takes a few minutes. Need to go and have a good teeth clean as that helps so much as been ages since got done.

I floss three times a day, after each meal, as I have Invisalign and the idea of putting the trays over bits of embedded food particles feels gross. Dentist said I had no plaque, and no gum disease and beautifully healthy gums last time I visited, so it must be working!

Of course I do, I'm not a minger I use interdental brushes.
