To not have recognised Tricia Penrose (Gina from Hearbeat)

I recently saw her on T.V and I couldn’t believe how different she looked. I genuinely did not know It was her until my DH pointed out it was her.

I always loved watching heartbeat and even now will sometimes watch the repeats they show on TV.

She does look different!

What’s unreasonable about not recognising someone..? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Tbh I have no idea who they are. YANBU.

Would have been nice if you could have provided some pics of how she has changed.

But yes she has. Happens to everyone. I look different to how I did a generation ago.

She just looks like an older version of herself. I was worried she had had the Botox and filler treatment. She looks healthy, happy and like a human not a rubber doll so winning all round I'd say

Was heartbeat not like 30 years ago? I'd be more worried if she hadn't changed tbh.

I was expecting the Bride of Wildenstein, not someone who has... aged a bit.

What?! She looks like an older, slightly chubbier version of herself. She’s a gorgeous woman who hasn’t ruined her face with ‘procedures’ and looks bloody fabulous.

How dare she get older! We are currently watching Heartbeat from the start and her first episode was jjst yesterday and she looked completely different to how she looked towards the end of the programmes run. Funny that.

Why would you think she wouldn’t look different thirty odd years later?

Shock horror - someone off the telly looks normal! Good on her, she looks happy.
But she is recognisable, just older (obviously):

Lately I’ve seen Joe McElderry and Charlie Dimmock look very different nowadays but who actually cares!!

She does look different but, aside from being older, she hasn't got the 60s makeup and big eyelashes on either.

I wouldn't have recognised her but then as I am shit at recognising famous people. I nodded at Roger Taylor (from Queen) in London because I thought he looked familiar and I was worried in case I worked with him. Tricia looks great btw

Most people do look different from the way they looked a) about 25 years ago and b) when they’re not playing the character you remember them as. She’s a couple of decades older and she’s not wearing the 1960s makeup she wore for Heartbeat; of course she’s going to look different.

I expected to see a photo of her after fillers and surgery! She's just older OP. She looks great because she hasn't messed with her face.
