Actor name needed

Right, I need help finding an actor that looks a bit like Elvis Costello on Graham Norton, Paul Giametti and an Orrin Bach cross. It's been bugging me all day. Pictures hopefully attached!

Do you know who else was on the Graham Norton show with him? I don't recognise him at all but it should be possible to look up who it was if you can pinpoint the episode.

Is he British or American? What do you remember seeing him in (genre etc)

He wasn't on the Graham Norton show, that was Elvis Costello but he reminded of an actor whose name I cannot remember and am now in a fight to the death to name him before my husband

I can totally picture his face but don't know. I think an American sarcastic type character

Look up Rick Hoffman - played Luis Litt in suits. Is it him?

Not the main character as far as I remember, but meaningful.

He is very sarcastic in suits and fits the last picture, combined with Paul Giamatti. Same chipmunk style cheeks (I love both those actors so I don’t intend to be mean!)
