Right, I need help finding an actor that looks a bit like Elvis Costello on Graham Norton, Paul Giametti and an Orrin Bach cross. It's been bugging me all day. Pictures hopefully attached!

I now think I've imagined him! I don't know for certain but pretty sure he's a sarcastic / ironic / funny foil to the lead character but now I'm questioning myself and think maybe he's an evil bastard. Sooooooooo frustrating. Especially as DH and I rarely watch similar stuff but he claims he knows who I'm talking about so he can win, but hasn't
