Person 1 and person 2 have a child together. Terrible relationship, break up after person 2 leaves person 1 for someone else. That fizzles out. They hook up.
Person 2 meets new gf. Person 1 is angry because she is left to one side again. Two years later person 2 is having another baby. Person 1 tells someone (person 3, vague friends with person 2) that they'd been sleeping with person 2 off and on for the whole two years.
Person 1 has always been resentful and petty but usually honest. They have texts to prove the affair. Could texts be fabricated? Person 2 was caught with topless photos of person 1 which he replied to saying 'nice'. I know who I believe.

Ive done a translation, Person 1= DW, person 2 = DH.

He leaves her for someone else, that fizzles out and he starts shagging DW again.

Then he meets another woman and drops DW. She’s hurt & angry.

2 years later he’s having a child with this other woman. DW says they’ve been shagging the whole 2 years and she has texts to prove it. DH has topless photo of DW which he likes.

He’s been having his cake and eat it. No wonder DW is upset about it all. The other woman should prepare herself for him doing this to her too. What a nob.

Depend what the text say. Would have been easier with names. I'm guessing you're the pregnant new girlfriend and the ex is saying she's been sleeping with him. Doesn't sound like he's a particularly loyal man. But what do the texts say, do they seem natural?

Person 1 should not have got back together with person 2 after he left the first time. The rest is irrelevant.

The woman who says her ex has been sleeping with her on and off for two years is more likely to be telling the truth than the man who is denying it. The man denying it is at least guilty of accepting topless pictures from this woman, so is not a paragon of integrity. The woman on the other hand appears to be guilty of no more than being 'bitter' at being left for someone else, no suggestion of dishonesty.

1 & 2 are both dickheads. 2's a bigger dickhead because he's a lying cheat.

Does this not say that Person 1 stopped sleeping with P2 again when they got with the mother to be of said child (person 4 maybe? Or would the baby be Person 4?)

It's pretty easy to fabricate texts.
