I mean don't care about most of the things people post on social media, so I don't see why Wordle is so offensive.

I tweet mine... My friends tweet theirs... We like seeing each other's. 🤷‍♀️

I care what other people's scores are - the grids are an interesting little story of how people found the word. I love seeing it. Really dont understand why anyone would object - there's all sorts on social media that doesn't interest me. I scroll past it and wouldn't dream of trying to dictate that people only post things which I want to see. Why does it bother you at all?

I got it first attempt yesterday, I posted that because it proves I’m a psychic genius and the works should know this too

The mistake you've made here is thinking that what you think is what everyone thinks. People actually all like and are interested in different things! Amazing isn't it?

I wouldn't get very far with the French, but there's a German version too. My first reaction was: are there enough German 5-letter words to make it viable? Apparently there are.

It's called being competitive.. I play it as do several friends. I like to win 🥇

To be fair, today's was a bit of a bugger for some reason. I got it in 4 but only because I ran through literally every combination possible with the one green letter I got from the first word.

I love the sense of virtual community from these games - everyone doing the same puzzle, once, on the same day. It’s a rare common experience. Why is OP surprised it’s being shared?

My scores are much more impressive on Lewdle than Wordle

How do I know when the next Wordle is available without having to set a reminder on my phone?

Just unfollow or scroll past if it bothers you.
People put all sorts of things in their person social media pages. Some you may be interested in, others less so.

I don't post mine to Twitter or anything, it I do like seeing people's posts to see the pattern of how they got there. If you do wordle then it can be interesting. If you don't then it's easy to ignore.

YANBU to be irked by it.

It annoys me a bit too. I am a bit sick of seeing people stupid wordle squares tbh. I'm like 'woo hoo....' #handclap.

On facebook it's the new fucking farmville. I had to unfollow about a dozen people a few years ago, because I got sick of 'I have just harvested 1000 marrows,' and 'Sue needs some hay for her horses...' And the new craze of posting your wordle score is super annoying.

Even Adam on The Last Leg last night said 'we don't care about your wordle score!!!'

Too many people on social media think everyone cares about their trivial shit. No-one does. Putting stuff up occasionally, and putting what you're doing/where you've been now and again is OK. But posting every last second of their life and every movement they make, and their fucking WORDLE score is just annoying.
