Why are there no threads on Johnson and Prince Andrew in active conversations?

Two of the most privileged, entitled men have behaved appalling badly - is no-one else really, really fed up or are PR departments busy?

They get deleted

Because I don't want to think about either of them. One day there'll be an election and I can vote against one of them. I'll never be able to do anything about a Royal. Until then I have to survive and stay calm.

CatNameChange101 · 12/01/2022 23:34

Because a. Boris is a never ending tale of chaos and embarrassing moments, they no longer require their own thread and b. Well the same really.

Skiptheheartsandflowers · 12/01/2022 23:39

There's one on Andrew in active right now. There have been multiple threads on Johnson today, I've posted on one and it's still there. I think you've just looked in a moment when they'd dropped down the list.

Redglitter · 12/01/2022 23:42

Theyve been on active all day, there's one about PA at the moment. Must just not be so busy just now and not showing at the moment

ShiftingSands21 · 12/01/2022 23:43

Because it’s boring.

kijhahej · 12/01/2022 23:44

I've seen both, maybe you've just looked at the wrong time OP 🤷‍♀️

Good to see you're still working after the party Grin

To some extent, I think there is nothing more to say. I think we're all tired of these privileged men thinking that the rules don't apply to them and assuming that they will get away with it. My biggest concern is that they're right and they will. Most of us feel powerless to do anything about it.

EveryFlightBeginsWithAFall · 12/01/2022 23:49

They keep moving the Andrew ones to the RF topic don't know about that twat pm

madisonbridges · 12/01/2022 23:52

Because there's only so many times anyone wants to read people saying the same thing.

PurpleCarpets · 12/01/2022 23:58

"Liar who got elected for being good at lying by people who don't mind liars tells lies" does not even seem newsworthy.

Propagandalf · 12/01/2022 23:59

Boris - zero fucks given.
Andrew - zero fucks given.

JugglingJanuary · 13/01/2022 00:01

There are loads of them, probably just dropping off the list. Search their names or 'party'

needmoreshinys · 13/01/2022 00:17

Because its gone midnight and most people in the UK don't want to fall asleep thinking of either of the twats?

HeddaGarbled · 13/01/2022 00:20

Because they start off interesting and then descend into personal arguments between annoying individual posters who are not capable of rational discussion, at which point most of us duck out.

Chloemol · 13/01/2022 00:23

Because every body is sick to death of the hundreds of threads on both seen daily,

Sparklingbrook · 13/01/2022 00:51

The Boris one reached 1000 posts not sure if anyone could be arsed to start #2 🤷‍♀️

eagerlywaitingfor · 13/01/2022 00:52

Because people are bored shitless with the pair of them.

Nightlystroll · 13/01/2022 00:59

OMG! Another thread on flipping Boris Johnson. There are tons of the bloody things. What are you going to say that hasn't been said a thousand times already? I'm looking forward to you coming up with something original

To be honest, we only know the media's perceptions and their perspectives of what happened or what they want to present as their views, why spend time pouring over and studying the details of a paper's narrative, when unless we could analyse the source documents, then other than the original primary source documents to generate our own analysis, instead we have to rely on other interpretations.
Booklover3 · 13/01/2022 01:11

You missed the Boris thread that just ended then?

Booklover3 · 13/01/2022 01:12

I am hopping mad about both Angry
