to ask how on earth to take off wellies?

I have gorgeous new wellies, finally dry feet with dog walks after purchasing a few nice looking but clearly not actually waterproof boots.
But how the hell are you supposed to take them off after a walk with mud all over them. I don’t want to touch them with my hands to pull them off because of the aforementioned mud. Currently I’m doing a ridiculous hobbled dance using the front of one foot on the heel of the other to loosen them both & then shaking my leg around to free my foot! There must be another way!

You definitely need a boot Jack. I have a cheep plastic one that I put inside one ☝️ f the boots so if I go by car in my boots I can take them off before getting back in the car. XA

Boot jacks are brilliant.

I have limited movement in my feet and ankles and the boot jack is a godsend for all sorts of boots.

I have no idea. I’ve been wearing my wellies since February 2018. At first they were really awkward but I don’t notice too much if I roll my trousers over them. Looked a bit odd when I got married though.
