Honestly I was crying with laughter last night. I have covid and am a bit delirious, granted. And I do realise that the thread in general was in bad taste and that this will be deleted.

But 'ermagad, the quern' 🤣

I'm surprised HQ didn't just edit the thread, it became quite goodnatured.

I knew someone from Hull that told me to serkit (sounding like circuit) when I spilled some red wine on my top!!

I had to stop reading as the bed was shaking with my -poorly- stifled laughter and occasional snorts. I got some very loud sighs and much duvet tugging from disgruntled DH.
