I'd like to think it would be different had someone been injured but thankfully they weren't so hopefully it's enough to shock her from a repeat performance.

Hasn't she said she'll go to rehab to get help for her substance abuse instead of jail?

She will toddle off to rehab for about 5 minutes then be pictured on some freebie foreign holiday with her latest fiancee telling us how it is the real thing this time!

She wasn't just drunk driving, she was on Coke.

She was also driving whilst disqualified and obviously uninsured.

A suspended sentence, 100 hours of community service and 20 hours rehab is fuck all. She could have killed someone and previous experience clearly hasn't taught her anything.

She's been banned so many times now. Would ss get involved because I think she still has her kids (maybe not 50/50)? Her rehab seemed really short aswell.

I thought she went to the priory before sentencing, wonder if they'll knock the 20 hours off?

It really is a joke at this point how many times she’s banned/ flounced the law

Where was she trying to get to by driving so fast? Her 253rd wedding?

Rehab that included trips to Las Vegas and Belgium.. sounds nice...she should have served a custodial sentence for her crimes.

Both dads have residency and Harvey is in supported living so she is responsible for no children thankfully.

Sh3s an absolute mess, how did she avoid a custodial sentence???

The courts are supposed to protect us from people like her and she gets 16 weeks suspended sentence and a driving ban when she is already banned! It will mean fuck all to her.

@Duxiejhrhrvjz ah thank you, I was sure she still had them sometimes. The sentence really is mad isn't it. She just had surgery aa well, was she thinking needing recovery time would get her off, or maybe really DOES think she wouldn't get a custodial sentence. Glad her kids have a stable home and hope she appreciates and fully utilises the help she's been offered

She isn't the only celeb to get off lightly for this type of offence. Ant Mcpartlin actually hit another car with a child in it too yet he got off lightly. Katie Price has been tabloid fodder for years. Now there is the whole be kind movement but Katie Price has been a mess for a long time and tabloids have revelled in her oversharing , the surgeries, weddings, husbands and kids. Yes it was absolutely her choice to put it all out there and she made lots of money off the back of it but at what cost to her mental health and to her kids? The woman is a mess and needs serious help but it doesn't seem like there is anyone around her who genuinely gives enough of a toss. Each of her many boyfriends and ex husbands, Peter Andre included has used her fame to garner themselves fame and wealth. She seems to have gone further downhill since her mum got diagnosed and she placed her eldest into assisted living. It's a shame, I agree that at some point you do need to take responsibility for yourself and she just isn't. It isn't going to end well for her by the looks of it.

I keep thinking of Caroline flack. She was so petrified, no-one wanted to press charges that was involved. She was made an example of I think. There must be thousands of women everyday facing shit like this . She hurt herself, her boyfriend tried to help, they probably did what a lot of us has done. Got pissed, argued maybe (I've never had violence or shouting but it was a flat. 😣 it's not fair

She has not been jailed because she didnt meet the threshold for it. You'd be surprised how many driving offences you have to commit before the repercussions get serious.🤷‍♀️

5 time a drunk driving no you n’aura me and banned.

It’s a disgrace she is free.

I've no idea why lifetime driving bans are never used. Driving is a responsibility not a birth right. She was on her sixth ban in ten years, so clearly disregards the driving laws that are meant to keep her and other drivers safe.
