This. It isn’t “one rule for them” at all. I have seen cases with more driving offences than hers, get a similar sentence. Not saying it’s right but that’s how it is. Across the board now people are getting community sentences for things you would think should attract jail time. But prisons are full. The covid situation is especially difficult to handle in prison. If someone can be “managed” in the community then they don’t go to prison. She hasn’t actually received any “special treatment”.

Seems if you can afford a place at The Priory it pays for a way out of jail.

Not for all of us, of course. ( and anyway, isn't she bankrupt...)

I think it’s a waste of money to put people in prison who aren’t a danger to society. Fine them or make them do community service.

In what way is someone who thinks it's OK to drive her car, not insured, whilst off her face on drink and drugs "not a danger to society"? 🤔

She was driving drunk and drugged up on a public road, that is being a danger to society.

Anyone else would have banned for life or behind bar as she has such an appalling driving history. What must her family life be like for her kids (were any of them in the car in the latest accident?)

She’s on our local Pubwatch, barred from every pub in town. She openly took coke in the toilets and her and her traveller mates trashed places and left without paying.

She’s a menace, and a mess.

No they wouldn't. She was sentenced in a very similar way to anyone with this sort of record. You may not like that but it is nothing to do with her celebrity status.

It looked like a really nasty crash this time, hopefully it will have scared some sense into her and rehab will be successful.

Exactly. She will never change it will be a never ending circus of boyfriends, plastic surgery, holidays, awful books and even more awful trashy tv shows. She is on a downward spiral.

Nah.. his career was dead. He met her on 'Celebrity' and made a bee-line for her. He's only where he is now because of her.

She was at the Priory for a month.

@DonnieDark but she was photographed out shopping with her BF during that month, so not exactly boot camp.

Also, Peter Andre split up with her in 2009. If it had only been all about her he wouldn't still be famous now, nearly 12 years later.

Part of me feels sorry for her, she clearly has problems that need treatment.
But that is no excuse for her repeatedly breaking the law.
Her stays at the Priory seem to be bare minimum to placate the court, not really about leaning into the treatment and being the number one priority.
Her legal team have used her children ( mainly Harvey) and her mother as reasons why she shouldn't be locked up but as far as I question how valid those arguments are when she has had the time to jet off to Vegas and Belgium. Also according to the fact she is really shit with paperwork is an excuse.
She shouldn't be allowed to drive.
She shouldn't be allowed to own animals.
It is only a matter of time until she breaks the law again, I think it's clear that driving bans and fines aren't a deterrent for her. She should be in prison.

Did her car get crushed?

I feel sorry for her but what will it take for her to stop? She IS a danger to other road users!

What's to stop her picking up more drink or drugs? Seems a bit pointless

They don't allow you to go alone and you get drug tested and searched coming back in

Did she win mother of the year once? Her and Kerry Katona. Both druggies but win mother of the year.

Awful human being
She’s not at all bothered and shows no regret for her actions. A badly written Instagram story apology she had no input into and then she’ll be back flogging teeth whiteners or whatever with her ridiculous boyfriend.
I feel disgusted that a custodial sentence wasn’t given because of going to rehab/ just shows money talks. Even though she’s meant to be bankrupt. I feel sorry for her Mum who seems lovely and is having to put up with all this shame and drama when she is terminally ill.
