What tv advert is annoying you at the moment?

Maybe I’m getting old and grumpy, but loads of adverts are annoying the hell out of me these days.

The Chanel no 5 ‘we’re on each other’s teeeeeam’ 🎶 one with Marion Cotillard. Grates on me and seems to be everywhere.

Daisy, Daisy, Daisy fucking Daisy.

Or any ad with Rylan Clark in.

It makes no sense, is out of context but I love the song as I love the artist that sang it originally.

The advert, 'the best excuse is Christmas' that's been around since October.

The nothing's gonna stop me this year Tesco advert which I thought was a bit previous.......

It ends with, 'and you, what would you do for love ?'

I say, out loud, 'be a model and be paid to take part in a perfume ad where experiences are beyond perfection when you have a set director, a make up artist etc etc etc'

Most of them. But mainly perfume ads - YY to the incredibly annoying Daisy Daisy one - and the I'm perfect perfect perfect one.

And then all the ones with loud awful music like the British Gas and Oral B ads.

And the Just Eat jingle.

And the Cinch ads. Why do we need a "geezer" - surely that's sending out exactly the wrong message about buying a car from Cinch?

I am a grumpy old(ish) woman.

Even the models start laughing halfway through ‘Daisy, Daisy, Daisy’, as if they’ve realised how stupid it is but are just trying to push on because they’ve already mentally spent the fee.

I can’t stand the Viking River Cruises ad, where that woman with the weird sing-song voice waxes lyrical about the ‘engaging excursions and cultural enrichment on board and at shore’. I always like to imagine her saying ‘You’ll be glad you’re at sea, because the engaging excursions and cultural enrichment are actually so bloody boring, you’ll want to drown yourself’.

I just knew everyone would be saying Daisy Daisy Daisy because it is SO AWFUL.

All the perfume ads, particularly Adam Driver with the weird horse. I thought he was better than that rubbish.

I hate the car adverts where it's 'click and it's yours', who on earth buys a car like that? It's a car, not a dress!

There's one for the Halifax which gives 13yo DS the rage every time. It ends with two boys kicking their football along the pavement, it lands at the feet of a Halifax employee who smiles and kicks it back. He is in his blue suit and smart shoes and somebody dressed like that would NEVER kick a ball back apparently. It really winds DS up, it's hilarious.

All the Verisure ones. And that one with the football is bad @maslinpan

I hate that one too. The previous ad for that perfume was worse as the (same) woman in it seemed so aggressive and up herself.

The thing that annoys me about that one is that the camera pans up to his face as though there’s going to be a big reveal. The first time I saw it I was expecting a famous footballer and an ‘OMG’ look from the teenagers. It must have been a bit of a disappointment for them to realise it was Toby, Non-Secured Loans Manager.

Verisure alarms especially the guy standing smugly grinning while his wife talks to the other couple
Pretty much everything really

Either record everything so I can fast forward the ads, or tv goes on mute the second the ads come on.

Don't mind Daisy Daisy but cannot stand Pefect Perfect Perfect, I have no ides what either is advertising. We have a 98 year old living with us who has mobility problems, so spends most of the day in front of the tv. I know they are well targeted but the bloody funeral adverts. Or the dry fanny adverts are the worst.

Yes! I despise it! They've another advert "perfect, perfect, perfect' and that gives me the rage too.

All the bloody stupid people going “Ooooooooooooo…” just because somebody now takes card. I change channel every time.

Those fucking "oooooooooo" ones with chip and PIN or whatever it's about, I have to mute it.
