My son died at 8 weeks and 3 days In 2009. No explanation just 'cot death'. My AIBU is do you ever get over it? I think my life is pretty good now (I've had 2 other children) h by it think it's always hanging over us

@EwwwwDavid I can't remember the exact wording of the deleted post but it was about considering yourself lucky that you've gone on to have healthy children.

Very insensitive and inappropriate on this thread and I'm glad we all reported it. Maybe they were suffering from not having any children or maybe they were a horrid troll but either way there's no place for those comments here.

Who knows why the pain bubbles up to the surface like it does. But it will again for you and everyone who has losses and we have to accept it and allow ourselves those tears.

OP we all have black moments when we need to reach out. Those moments are as black as if it was the present day. They pass until the next time. 💐
