To hate snogging

Inspired by a thread I've just seen, it's got me curious about my dislike and wondered if anyone felt the same.

I hate snogging. It's the tongue. I don't want you to lick my tongue. I do not want to lick your tongue. Ok, that's a bit black and white and it's not quite "licking", but you get my drift. If I've cleaned my teeth within the last half an hour, and so have you, I could probably bear it for a few seconds. If not, yuck.

I've just eaten BBQ crisps. Why would anyone lick my tongue? It just grosses me out so much. I wouldn't lick your teeth throughout the day,
so why is licking your tongue any more acceptable.

DH gets quite miffed that I won't snog him. I just can't bear the thought of a tongue in my mouth. He thinks I'm not normal.

I appreciate I probably sound a bit weird. Does anyone else hate it?

I like kissing but not with tongues. Dh likes to “snog” with tongues during sex - bloody ruins it for me! Why get the tongues involved??? We can kiss nicely without them!

A bad snog is so awful that it's just unbearable. But a good snog is one of the best things ever! I haven't snogged anyone in a very long time, but I miss it more than the sex.

It’s the seconds just before which way should you move your head to, is it going to be a full on kiss, then afterwards it’s all soooooooo well then let’s just get on with the day kind of thing.. just awkward

I will occasionally give DP a cursory lololol before retreating my tongue and that's my snogging quota done for the month.

Oh god, I find kissing with tongue so utterly repulsive, like I actually don't want to think about it because it's so disgusting. I haven't done it with anyone in about 15 years and don't think I've ever snogged DH.

I’m not a fan of snogging with tongues. I like kissing and we kiss each other a lot including during sex but not generally with tongues.

I've never really thought of it how you put it OP. I quite like it tbh!

I think if you don't it's that person's technique?

When your really into someone or if I've ever been upset I think it's an emotional connection with that person.

I'm not a huge fan of snogging, but the absolute worst of when you have a partner who not only likes it but wants to do it in public.

I love it! I can remember spending hours snogging as a teenager, it was my favourite thing. My dh is a great kisser 😁
