I agree completely! Just listened to a radio ad for CT this morning & found it so irritating.

It completely puts me off the brand (which I think is over-priced anyway, compared to other similar brands

No, it's awful! I had to unsubscribe from her emails as I got the rage every time I received one. So annoying!

What about the advert song:

Infuriating!

I tried a load of her stuff as I thought it was great at first, but the mascara made my lashes break off and the pillow talk lipstick make me look old and cold.

My SIL loves her stuff, I don't rate it. I don't really buy it as so 💶💶💶 but have some as presents & haven't liked eg her nude lipstick, didn't line colour or texture. The CT sales assistants are so pushy as well

If I'm splashing out, I'm much happier to pay for Nars or Mac products, which I think are worth it.

I find that annoying too and the adverts have awful music but I love the make up, the foundation works really well for my skin and I love the lipsticks and eyeliners.

The adverts are annoying but I really like CT. I love their lipsticks (I must be the exact right shade for Pillow Talk as it really suits me) and I also like their skincare. I would be tempted by their mystery box but I can't afford it sadly.

It’s gives me the absolute rage, to such a degree that I will never buy anything from CT. I find it so false, and hugely insulting to my intelligence.

I really like the makeup. I didn’t realise that a new mystery box has been announced so now I’m seriously tempted (I’ve had three in the past - two were great the other was very meh).

But the darlings shit is annoying!

I agree its daft. I have bought a charlotte Tilbury lipstick and blusher. Read about them on MN I like them and it wouldn't put me off.

I absolutely adore CT but also hate the "darlings" advertising I just ignore it! My makeup is 90% CT and I just think it gives such a perfect glowy look that I haven't been able to replicate with other brands. Am also tempted by the mystery box but think I'd just end up with double of items I already have!

Generally I find CT makeup is so all about the "brand" & marketing strategy, limited releases to try and create sense of desirability etc. Everything I have had from there has been average quality at high prices.

The mystery box i bought was pure shit.
I bought it to cheer me up during lockdown
I got a oramge lipstock called stoned rose.
The miracle cream was fiiiine but overall it was crap
