We leave ours for the birds, love watching them come and steal (but tbf our cherries are v bitter so not really edible for us)!

I love cherries so much!! We made duck in cherry sauce after googling a recipe, it was simple and absolutely delicious.

Clafoutis?

Soak them in brandy until Christmas then drain and dip in dark chocolate and chocolate vermicelli. Save the liquer for cocktails.
