I'm such an idiot.. frostbite

Please don't laugh at me..

I bought some little moons and it said they needed 5 mins defrosting. I was watching a film and completely forgot I had them out resting on my lef for about 5 minutes and now I have a itchy sore frostbite.

What should I do? I put savlon on it and covering it up.

Anyone?

You don’t have frostbite. You have a very mild, localised reaction to something cold. You don’t need to do anything. It will be better very shortly without any treatment.

Chilblains maybe, not frostbite.

Have you googled actual frostbite?
If you do, you’ll realise you don’t have frostbite and you will in fact, be fine.

As in Google images. I won’t post any, because they are quite graphic. But they do not resemble your leg.

Frostbite is when you lose your toes in extreme low temperature weather conditions because they go black and drop off. You have a little cold burn to the surface skin, not frostbite.

More importantly -what flavour, where did you get them,what did you think of them?

I did give myself second degree burn with an icepack. I had to have antibiotics and had to dress it every day. I would dress it in case you get a blister.

Little Moons are doughy ice cream things. V expensive and not worth it.

You’ve got mild ice burns. Google what to look for and how to look after it. Looks v mild and not serious.

I know what it sounds like but it really is sore and it's throbbing like mad grin
It went all funny and white. It's calmed down a bit now but it is a bit hot and raised.
