Please don't laugh at me..

I bought some little moons and it said they needed 5 mins defrosting. I was watching a film and completely forgot I had them out resting on my lef for about 5 minutes and now I have a itchy sore frostbite.

What should I do? I put savlon on it and covering it up.

You should treat an ice burn the opposite way to how you treat a heat burn, OP, and run some warm water over the area. If the skin turns/remains white, dark, or gray, if your skin is numb, if it feels cold or hard even after warming, if it blisters, or if you have any other problems with it (e.g., signs of infection) then you need to see a doctor.

PS: the Aldi version of Little Moons are much cheaper and nicer.
