I accept that due to the nature of covid there may be another lockdown. I cannot bear the thought of it so will people just quit whilst we are ahead please? Can we not enjoy our new found freedom at least for a while?

I wouldn't worry. Even if there is another spike, it's unlikely to happen over summer. More likely over winter, and I dunno if it will be a full scale lockdown, maybe more just a few restrictions, shops closed, restaurants to go take away only, that kind of thing. But then again they might not bother at all.

OMG! I wish I had known about this before I voted on which party I want to be responsible for cutting the grass in my local park, replacing the bulbs in broken street lamps, deciding when the local library is open, and ordering the grit for the roads next winter. I might have voted for somebody completely different.
