I completely agree OP

feellikeanalien · 31/03/2021 18:15

Wonderful idea. Had to read it a few times though! Just shows you how your brain can deceive you!

MacMom · 31/03/2021 18:24

I 100% agree - and anyone who doesn’t I urge you to read the OP’s post PROPERLY!!! Grin

Oaktree55 · 31/03/2021 18:26

I’m pro vax but you cannot force it. So you’re completely wrong especially as all vaccines have side effects etc.

DrSbaitso · 31/03/2021 18:27

It just doesn't stop. This is amazing.

Bekstar · 31/03/2021 18:30

Sorry but not everyone can have the vaccine. I had a severe reaction to the first and won't be allowed the second so do you propose forcefully injecting someone with something that could potentially kill them. You don't know how anyone would react. I certainly didn't know I would have a reaction if I had I wouldn't have had the first. I had no known allergies and at the time no previous issues with medicines. I had assumed my biggest risk was the one from blood clots been previously affected by them. But it wasn't. It was a reaction that made 70% of my body peel like a lobster. Of which I'm still recovering. I was prepared to have second part despite this reaction thinking it can't get any worse. But GP has put a block on it and in his own words has stated "Next time you may not be so lucky and it may kill you".

Was your Dad's name Adolf, by any chance?
whenthebellsring · 31/03/2021 18:40

This thread is still going. Excellent! How have you been my fellow forced vacati vaccine-havers?

Bags all packed to head to the nearest airpor vaccine center. There's a government officer waiting outside, 'men-in-black' style.

CentBoppers · 31/03/2021 18:40

Have you actually read any of the thread?

It doesn't say vaccinations.

Skippingabeat · 31/03/2021 18:40

Between this and the daffodils thread, Mumsnet has never been so much fun!!! 🤣🤣🤣

Inastatus · 31/03/2021 18:42

It took me a few times 😂

What's the daffodils thread?

I need more fun. I am OBSESSED with this thread Grin

MarieDelaere · 31/03/2021 18:42

Yeah ok but @Bekstar has obviously been through a very shit time. I hope you feel a lot better soon.

numberoneson · 31/03/2021 18:44

Oh. My. God.

I just re-read it for the 15th time.

I humbly grovel at your feet, WeMarchOn.

pinkearedcow · 31/03/2021 18:44

This thread needs to go in Classics.

stuckinatrap · 31/03/2021 18:45

If ever a thread proves that people post without RTFT, this is it. I can't believe people are still knee-jerking without even reading 5 posts down.

This explains all of those threads where the OP is told they are unreasonable, have accepted it and apologised several posts in and people come piling on several pages later.

Come on people!

tillyandmilly · 31/03/2021 18:47

I agree!

Bekstar · 31/03/2021 18:48

Lol I feel like a I've been had. After re-reading the post. To be fair I did read it first on a rubbish phone that wouldn't zoom in, so just read some other responses and assumed it was about Vaccines. Ok so Vaccines no I don't agree they should be mandatory but Vacations yes. Maybe every few weeks or even days. That'll suit me.Grin

Bekstar · 31/03/2021 18:49

I'm not amused now though because laughing hurts too much. Hmm

Butternutsqoosh · 31/03/2021 18:51

Oh FFS I have re-read it approximately 17 times ... 🙈 it's finally clicked!!
