Mine is salt beef, pickles and mustard.

And the bagel has to be toasted.

Toasted bagel, put cream cheese in a bowl and add shredded bacon cooked in the oven until brittle, finely diced pickled gherkins and red onion. Combine and spread on bacon. Top with diced tomatoes seasoned with balsamic, seasalt and black pepper.

Chicken, chorizo, mozzarella and garlic mayo

Bacon, spicy cheddar cheese and mayo.

Oh my, I'd kill for from right now.

Marmalade on one half and Nutella on the other. Squidge them together and it's like eating a huge toasted Jaffa Cake.

Failing that Blue Stilton and pickled red cabbage is good.

Bacon, Brie & cranberry

Smoked salmon, cream cheese and capers.

Peanut butter and jam

A dark berry jam on one side and cream cheese on the other. Sandwich together. Perfect! On a raisin and cinnamon bagel of course.

Lightly toasted cinnamon and raisin bagel with cream cheese, sliced banana and honey. So delicious!

Pesto and avocado (maybe with some mozzarella too for extra deliciousness).

Always toasted unless it's homemade or a Brick Lane beigel. Salmon, cream cheese and a pickle for me.

Mine’s fairly similar to yours...sauerkraut, veggie pastrami, Dijon mustard, Mayo, a slice of emmental type cheese. Toasted. Ideal an onion bagel. Or sesame.

Had in Berlin many years ago and have been recreating ever since. Toasted sesame bagel, cream cheese, sun-dried tomato, rocket, parma ham, balsamic vinegar, black pepper.
