To ask for your most delicious bagel filling?

Mine is salt beef, pickles and mustard.

And the bagel has to be toasted.

This has made me so hungry.

I really like the sound of one Rege-Jean Page recommended in an interview the other day...blueberry bagel, cherry conserve and cream cheese-yum!
For savoury; smoked salmon, cream cheese and avocado on an everything bagel.

Lightly roasted, one side spread with avocado smashed with cherry toms and lime and seasoning (basically guacamole but without the chilli and hideous onion), the other side red pepper hummus, some salad leaves in the middle, some nice toasted seeds thrown in. Some griddled halloumi in the mix if feeling extra bougie.

I like cream cheese, small sweet tomatoes chopped up, basil leaves and chilli flakes.

Very softly scrambled egg with chopped tomatoes and very small amount of very finely chopped raw onion. Bagel toasted with real butter.

Salami, cream cheese and mature cheddar

Or cream cheese and marmite
