OMG! I've been so busy with work and getting over Christmas, I've only just realised that it's DPs birthday on Saturday,
You lot have been fab in the past, please help me out and tell me what I can get him, shops are obvs shut so it would need to be from somewhere that would deliver In time.
He's 43 😀

Thank you all in advance....I'm relying on you

What sort of things does he like, and do you have Amazon Prime?

Chocolatehasruinedmylife · 12/01/2021 23:39

He likes most things to be fair, but, he's the sort that if he wants/needs he just gets it. Christmas was hard work enough.
Yep, have Amazon prime, I'm currently looking on there for inspiration

You know him better than strangers on the internet... Get him something he would like on express / prime delivery.

SleepingStandingUp · 12/01/2021 23:39

Alcohol? Chocolate? Personalised glass?

JaceLancs · 12/01/2021 23:43

Hard to say as you’ve not given much info
However it was my DP birthday today
Bought him 2 new shirts, and a t shirt, his favourite gin, 2 escape games, pocket knife, costa gift card, DIY tools, biscuits/chocolates (luxury) cash towards things he needs like tyres for car (out of work and bees transport)

Unsure33 · 12/01/2021 23:45

Does he like whisky ? Look at the black norland whisky glasses on Amazon

Chocolatehasruinedmylife · 12/01/2021 23:48

For info -
He's a beer drinker
Coffee drinker
Mountain biker
Likes films
Likes gadgets

I am currently looking on Amazon for inspiration, hoping something quirky jumps out at me

Airpods?

babbaloushka · 12/01/2021 23:53

Do you have a coffee machine? Ninja foodi?

Estara · 12/01/2021 23:55

A voucher for an experience day? I know it's difficult with current restrictions but it could be something to look forward to (last year I got my OH a walking archery experience )

My DH is a similar age - his birthday next week. I’ve bought him a buff, some running socks, some chocolate and a coat (that he sent me the link for)

What’s your budget? Mine loved AirPods for Christmas

FitterHappierMoreProductive · 12/01/2021 23:57

Tubular neckwear type thing. He’ll wear for running, but generally good for outdoorsy sorts

Avallamp · 12/01/2021 23:57

Lego robot.

purplebagladylovesgin · 12/01/2021 23:58

I've just treated my husband to a Samsung watch, 1'000's of faces lol digital, lots of functions. It was to replace an Apple Watch and he says it's so much better.

Would something like this work?

Unsuremover · 12/01/2021 23:59

We are a house of January birthdays, it’s so unfair. I got DH a projector (because he’s always showing me ludicrously large tv’s so I figured it was the natural end point. Prime has lots for lots of budgets.

SignOnTheWindow · 13/01/2021 00:00

Craft beer selection
Cycling gadgets (travelaway.me/bike-gadgets/) or something from Proviz
Nespresso or similar
Posh coffee selection pack

SignOnTheWindow · 13/01/2021 00:00

Aeropress?

Candacewasalwaysright · 13/01/2021 00:00

If he's a mountain biker, have a look at park tools on amazon. DH buys loads of their stuff for tinkering with his bike, and had a shop apron from them on his Christmas list, along with many, many other things.

Chocolatehasruinedmylife · 13/01/2021 00:05

whisper
Dp has come up to bed now,
I'll check comments again in the morning. Thanks all 🤭

Beer making kit?

TheMobileSiteMadeMeSignup · 13/01/2021 00:07

I got DH a Pact Coffee subscription for his Xmas. They are an ethical company, pay better than fair trade. So every 60 days he'll get a bag of coffee delivered, enough to do a couple of cups a week, and he can adjust the roast/frequency etc if he fancies. Like 8 quid a month. And, if you use a referral code you get a fiver off - feel free (anyone) to use mine DAVID-A6BA1B unashamed

I don't work for them but it was very lovely coffee this month so I'm sharing the happiness.

NothingIcando · 13/01/2021 00:07

A beer fridge
