I can't work out if I'm being grumpy or not with this one. We live at the end of a cul-de-sac which is on an incline. Every time it snows all the kids on the street spend the whole day sledging down the middle of the road. This worries me for a few reasons:
- It's dangerous for them - they come shooting out of the bottom of the road which intersects with a slightly busier street where they could get hit by a car if someone is passing and doesn't know they're there.
- It polishes the road up to be extremely slippy and dangerous for anyone needing to get their car out of the street in an emergency.
- They could hit one of the cars parked on the street and do some damage.
I do know that kids haven't got much in the way of fun in their lives at the minute, but AIBU to think they should find somewhere less dangerous to play?
