DP always has a go at me for putting empty wrappers back in the celebrations box. So tell me AIBU?

YABU
Imagine going to eat chocolate and then realising it's empty and full of wrappers. You're stealing people's dreams.

ILoveShula · 30/12/2020 13:59

YABU. It's better if you do it with After Eights.

AliceinBunniland · 30/12/2020 14:00

YABU and lazy

Not allowed in our house

AboutACat · 30/12/2020 14:01

YABU, you animal.

Godimabitch · 30/12/2020 14:02

We put them in the box while we're eating them then when we're finished with that "sitting" we take them out and bin them.

christmasbell · 30/12/2020 14:08

I suppose I won't do it again then! Unless it's a bounty because who cares about those Wink

Just screw the wrappers up and throw them at him? Grin

purpledagger · 30/12/2020 14:21

My children leave empty boxes and packets in the cupboard and it drives me and OH crazy. Today, I've found empty biscuit boxes and empty crisp multipack bags.

ChronicallyCurious · 30/12/2020 14:27

I do that with After Eights - drives my DH mad Grin
MysweetAudrina · 30/12/2020 14:30

I'd prefer them in the tin than stuffed down the sides of the sofa.

Givemeabreak88 · 30/12/2020 14:30

Gross

BashfulClam · 30/12/2020 14:30

Yabu my DH does it and it infuriates me!

bumpdownthestairs · 30/12/2020 14:30

YADBU I have near divorced DH for this 😂

DaysAreGettingLongerNow · 30/12/2020 14:30

I bet you put used matches back in the matchbox too, you monster.

Oh God. Do they put empty milk bottles back in the fridge?
Persephoned · 30/12/2020 14:33

Yabvu

StrictlyAFemaleFemale · 30/12/2020 14:34

About as infuriating as fil and dh putting used matches back in the match box. When the revolution comes you people will be first against the wall! Grin

Sh05 · 30/12/2020 14:36

@purpledagger
My oh does this!
Its really infuriating especially when I've offered the 4 yr old something only to find the pack is just empty, cue a really upset DD and loads of cajoling from me to tempt her to have something else.

mrsbyers · 30/12/2020 14:36

It’s totally unacceptable

MondeoFan · 30/12/2020 14:39

It's bad manners at the very least. Shows a total disregard for others and a lazy can't be bothered attitude.

Wiredforsound · 30/12/2020 14:41

I’m calling the police.

StoneofDestiny · 30/12/2020 14:42

After Eight offenders are the worst of all - and I'm one! 🥳

MatildaonaWaltzer · 30/12/2020 14:43

Clear sign of psychopathy
