To Cook Smoked Salmon?

Argh! So we have had a side of smoked salmon delivered for tomorrow. I thought it was raw and would have baked it. Can I also bake smoked salmon? Will it be weird??

Why don’t you read the thread @JovialNickname because op was on shift and didn’t have time to get another fish she was asking as it was an emergency

I do agree with this sorry! Why buy delicious (expensive!) smoked salmon and then cook the shit out of it?

Who’s suggesting she ‘cook the shit’ out of it anyway? Hmm

Lightly cooked smoked salmon is delicious, cooking smoked fish is hardly a new thing.

I hate raw fish so always cook wherever possible.

Oh my god carp😂 Still traumatised by it twitching when on a pan because it was killed just before after having it in a bath😂

Merry Christmas whoever has them today too! 🎄🍸

I always cook it, can't bear the raw texture otherwise. I lightly pan fry it with olive oil, lemon and thyme or rosemary.
