Go to both. Have you practiced holding up the hair bobble next to the packet of fish fingers and doing your sad face at the same time?

I'd also do a photo of some sad hungry children staring at their plates at the dinner table in horror (preferably your children, if not can you borrow some?)

Maybe the fish had a luxuriant mane he tied back off his gills, before you cruelly ate him. So not M and S's fault. Hard to disprove...
