MyTwopenceworth · 15/10/2007 12:21

Depends what mood I'm in.

Sometimes I think uh-oh, and go click on something about bunnies instead.

Sometimes I go looking for trouble because I'm in a bad mood

Did someone say bunnies?

LazyLinePUMPKINJane · 15/10/2007 12:24

I stay away from the ones that I know will be the same few opinions repeated and that will frustrate me. Claire Verity threads, the McCann ones, etc.

What I do tend to do is to type out a response sometimes and the change my mind pre-posting and delete the whole thing thinking "what's the point"...

dooley1 · 15/10/2007 12:24

oh there is a thread in swap shop atm that I'm dying to count the number of 'hun's' in it
The title is something you would get from a chip shop

MyTwopenceworth · 15/10/2007 12:33

cor Lapin, that was quick! You're psychotic psychic, or summat.

I did mean you, of course. I go looking for you.

I's hunting wabbits

littleNonSpecificHolidaylapin · 15/10/2007 12:41

My2p, there is actually a poster called wabbit, don't hurt her!

2shoescreepingthroughblood · 15/10/2007 12:43

KM does this mean we have to hug and call each other hun now?

OP posts:
ScottishMummy · 15/10/2007 12:43

ehhh its the Internet it is not real, bunch of women blethering. mn does not wind me i genuinely believe the anonymity of Internet allows contentious/inflammatory/holier than thou posts

fwiw i try avoid
McCann threads
SAHM Vs Working mum
private Vs state schools
Breast Vs Bottle

LoRayningNewtsAndFrogs · 15/10/2007 12:46

I'm crap at staying away, I start off arguing my point but after a post or two just leave the hardcore elite to it, theres always one person with all the info and good arguments. I'm just an opinionated twit that doesnt really know much about anything

erm talulasmum, cheeset hasnt posted on mn since yesterday afternoon, if youre looking for someone its best to 'search messages' and see where they were last.

talulasmum · 15/10/2007 13:13

lorayn;
i have been looking for her but she doesnt want to know.

littleNonSpecificHolidaylapin · 15/10/2007 13:17

Hey talulasmum, there's this thing called "real life" (apparently! ) - maybe she is off having some (never quite manage it myself )

Don't assume that because someone doesn't post she's sulking - her pooter might be broken!

talulasmum · 15/10/2007 13:22

littlelapin;

did i detect a slight piss take in your post?

littleNonSpecificHolidaylapin · 15/10/2007 13:23

Er, no. I was "teasing" - there is a difference.

talulasmum · 15/10/2007 13:28

is there. i never quite get it right. im either really nice or really bad.

Fimbo · 15/10/2007 13:31

The sale threads annoy me. I always look just in case a regular is selling something I want .

Somedays though, I just want to post:- NOBODY WANTS YOUR FECKING STUFF SO STOP BUMPING IT AND STOP WITH THE CRAP BEGGING PEOPLE TO BUY TITLES.

i like for sale - just bought a footmuff for £4 bargainmungus keep bumpin all you for sale gals
imo MN sale boards do offer an alternative to ebay eg cheaper, never sold on ebay, only bought.point being sale boards are an easy no hassle transaction, seller gets rid off few items hopefully rofits, buyer gets item usually cheap so win-win
