or do you open them and boil?

it's mainly limited because now that i stay home with my two girls i can't come on here as much as i did before .

they're 4 and 1 and little buggers that age are quite high maintenance .

FWIW, however, i don't think pregnant womens' bodies should be policed.

Yess! The folk who post "Well we managed it/it worked for me/I can so you should be able to as well, you useless whining pinhead"

I really love the people who post withering judgy advice about that which they know nothing about.

I've only really got pissed off once on mn....am I not doing it right?

Alas.

Choosing children over mn - I don't understand this concept - please explain, is it like self actualising?

Now i have learned to open them, read them, and if i so much disagree that i want to shout, then i close it and Never Go Back. I strongly suspect my attitude will change soon.

expatinscotland · 14/10/2007 22:33

i shouldn't have clicked on that thread.

but i did.

yeah, i see what you mean.

fucking hell!

wish we could all be so selfless, perfect, etc.

makes me want to ask DH to roll me a fag.

pointydog · 14/10/2007 22:34

I don't see it in terms of threads that will piss me off. I see it in terms of

a) I will have a point of view and feel like stating it
b) humour. I will post things that make me laugh and/or read other posters' comments that make me laugh

2shoescreepingthroughblood · 14/10/2007 22:35

lol
See I knew I shouldn't have looked. even the link at the begining wound me up.

although I suppose, if it's something about bf or 'shoudl pregannt women be banned from smoking' I feel I will be bogged down by endless ratty posts so I leave them alone. Usually.

They leave me cold rather than piss me off.

pointydog · 14/10/2007 22:37

(and yes, I've just had a quick look at the smoking/pregannt one )

2shoescreepingthroughblood · 14/10/2007 22:38

well they would be ratty if they have all given up smoking

OP posts:
pointydog · 14/10/2007 22:40

yeah! bad-tempered and irrational

expatinscotland · 14/10/2007 22:41

Where's custy??

Arrggh, this cat's doing my nut.

Ever since Smokey died last week, she's been a handful.

Going to go into town Tuesday to the other pet shop that lady in the cafe in the village told me about to see if anyone's got a cat who needs a new home.

This moggie needs company.

xXxspookyxXx · 14/10/2007 22:49
