Trumps has tweeted he's going back to White House at 6.30

PerkingFaintly · 05/10/2020 19:55

The friend said that as Fred Sr.’s disease worsened––he once came down the stairs wearing three neckties––the family created a system so that Fred could think he was still running the Trump Organization. Every day Fred Sr. would go to the office in Brooklyn and they would give him blank papers to sort through and sign. The phone on Fred’s desk was set up so that it could only dial out to his secretary. “Fred pretended to work,” the family friend said.

Ha, this is almost exactly what I've been suggesting they do for Donald! Invent a title for him and give him a playground – suitably supervised!

Well. Let's see how that goes...
Roussette · 05/10/2020 20:05

We've been duped. He hasn't had it. Unless he's Benjamin Button

Donald J. Trump
@realDonaldTrump
I will be leaving the great Walter Reed Medical Center today at 6:30 P.M. Feeling really good! Don’t be afraid of Covid. Don’t let it dominate your life. We have developed, under the Trump Administration, some really great drugs & knowledge. I feel better than I did 20 years ago!

I can’t actually think of enough expletives to describe what I think of him right now. What a moronic statement, implying that everyone who has suffered complications/died were somehow weak because the virus is “nothing to be afraid of”. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Roussette · 05/10/2020 20:14

I know.

I am in despair

Wait for day 10, Donald. Especially now you have a depressed immune system from the Dexamethasone...

BoreOfWhabylon · 05/10/2020 20:15

(Which is why it is usually only given to those with severe illness)

lionheart · 05/10/2020 20:25

Typhoid Mary didn't believe the scientist either.

BruceAndNosh · 05/10/2020 20:31

@lionheart

Typhoid Mary didn't believe the scientist either.
Mary Mallon spent the final 23 years of her life incarcerated. Here's hoping Trump does similar
Nomnomarrgh · 05/10/2020 20:33

Wasn’t Typhoid Mary sent back to the island because she refused to stop doing the job that was killing others?

lionheart · 05/10/2020 20:39

A sad story. I've never seen a photograph of her.

BruceAndNosh · 05/10/2020 20:43

Yup
HairyToity · 05/10/2020 21:01

My mum thinks he could easily have a stroke or heart attack in two weeks time. She's probably wishful thinking.....!

BruceAndNosh · 05/10/2020 21:05

I actually think that Trump having a medical setback would be in the interests of the American People, otherwise he'll just carry on minimising everything

AskingQuestionsAllTheTime · 05/10/2020 21:18

It might; but if it got him the sympathy vote, or the election were cancelled, it would do them no good at all unless he died of it having lost the election very thoroughly indeed. Not just by a few votes in some swing states, but millions.

AcrossthePond55 · 05/10/2020 21:28

...because I got into a secure vehicle to say thank you to the many fans and supporters who were standing outside of the hospital for many hours, and even days, to pay their respect to their President

Because a real president doesn't have 'fans' you orange imbecile. He has 'constituents' or 'fellow citizens'.

Don’t be afraid of Covid. Don’t let it dominate your life. We have developed, under the Trump Administration, some really great drugs & knowledge.

What other administration would have developed them you idiot. Covid didn't exist before now. You always have to put your name on everything, don't you? Except your failing economy and a worsening pandemic! Those you loudly proclaim you 'accept no responsibility for'.

And the public at large should be afraid of Covid, dammit! Do you think we all would be in a private suite with round the clock doctors dedicated to our sole care? Do you think we'd all be offered cutting edge experimental treatments?

You fucking bawbag!!!

Heffalooomia · 05/10/2020 21:36

You fucking bawbag
steady on now, don't flatter him!

lionheart · 05/10/2020 21:37

Yes he is.

Heffalooomia · 05/10/2020 21:38

Tom Joseph
@TomJChicago
Trump is desperate to flee Walter Reed & Conley is in on it: He:
-fears exposure of his dementia to a wider group of doctors
-is afraid to be under anesthesia w/ so many health secrets
-wants custody of his MRIs & records. Remember his NY doctor?
-wants his dementia & other drugs

The circus continues, starring the covid clowns.

Graham officially schedules hearing on Trump's Supreme Court pick to start Oct. 12

The notice comes after Graham spoke with President Trump earlier Monday about Barrett's nomination.

"Just spoke with President @realDonaldTrump and he sounds terrific -- very engaged and ready to get back to work! He's also very excited about Judge Amy Coney Barrett being confirmed to the Supreme Court and focused on a good deal to help stimulate the economy," Graham tweeted.
...
The days-long hearing will pave the way for a committee vote on Barrett's nomination on Oct. 22. Republicans want to confirm Barrett on the Senate floor during the final week of October.

What will it take for this Administration to take Coronavirus more seriously?

I never believed he had it at all and if he did this is more like day 12 instead of day 4. The timelines don’t add up.
