I got one at Boots, in a small village branch. Only booked a couple of weeks ago. Good luck OP.

ilovesooty · 27/09/2020 20:29

£8 at Asda.

Ffsnosexallowed · 27/09/2020 20:29

Depends what you mean by keyworker . Of you are NHS or social care you should be offered one through work.

Merryoldgoat · 27/09/2020 20:29

I got mine in my chemist. Popped in for painkillers and he offered me one - it was free as I’m asthmatic and not had the notice from doctor yet.

Did it there and then. Superb service.

ohdoriswheresthesalad · 27/09/2020 20:30

@Twinklelittlestar1 if you have an Asda pharmacy near you then they are doing them there. I'm a key worker, under 65 with no health conditions and I've got mine booked in next week. Hope that helps 😊

HesterShaw1 · 27/09/2020 20:30

I got one at Tesco's pharmacy. Booked online.

jessstan2 · 27/09/2020 20:31

Lloyds Pharmacy
Boots has a waiting list
Your GP will give you one (if they are open).

RevolutionRadio · 27/09/2020 20:33

Our GPs have got together and are holding drop in sessions at the community centres.

They have a few different ones and have split them by postcodes.

bumblingbovine49 · 27/09/2020 20:35

We telephoned a small local independent pharmacy and they said to drop in after the first batch arrived ( they told us the date) . We did the Saturday after that date and they did dh, me and DS(15). We did pay though

ghostyslovesheets · 27/09/2020 20:35

as a key worker I got mine paid for by management - via Boots - but now I have a health condition so my GP does it

Keep1984fiction · 27/09/2020 20:54

None left at big chains near me.
Rang our GP who had the number of local pharmacy which had stocks. 15.00 rather than 8.00 at asda though

Mindymomo · 27/09/2020 20:57

I’ve booked mine at Tesco Pharmacy. I have heard that Boots have had to cancel a lot of free NHS jabs for over 65’s.

AdoptAdaptImprove · 27/09/2020 20:58

I booked one online at Tesco pharmacy a few days ago - having it in just over 2 weeks.

Topseyt · 27/09/2020 20:58

Our local pharmacy is doing them for £10 at the moment, until stock runs out. DH has his booked for tomorrow.

I get one each year from my GP.

AgnesNaismith · 27/09/2020 21:02

Tesco, book online!

CMOTDibbler · 27/09/2020 21:10

Our local independant pharmacy is doing them for £12.99 from October 1st. Worth a post on your local FB group asking

EveryDayIsADuvetDay · 27/09/2020 21:12

they're free for over 50's this year.
NHS is prioritising people with medical conditions and 65+ for October and anticipate November on for 50+ - so if you don't want to wait, look at local pharmacies

Newjez · 27/09/2020 21:47

Booked mine at boots as didn't want to wait for the government to get sorted.

Toothsil · 27/09/2020 22:18

I had mine in Tesco yesterday - I get it free as I have asthma. I booked it online a few weeks ago.

Yellownotblue · 27/09/2020 22:45

Boots

HollaHolla · 27/09/2020 22:48

I’ve booked mine for Asda on 4 October. £8. Bargain

Dontrainonmyparade · 27/09/2020 22:48

Tesco, booked online.

tenlittlecygnets · 27/09/2020 22:51

Tesco

Fallstar · 27/09/2020 22:55

I'm having mine at my local independent pharmacy on 1 October. Went in and booked just over a week ago. It will cost £12.

bimbimbap · 27/09/2020 23:02

we’ve both had it last week - i paid £15 in an independent pharmacy (can reclaim via work expenses) and dh who has asthma got it for free at the pharmacy attached to our surgery. the chemist closest to our house told us stocks are very low this year so we wanted to get it done before everyone has the same idea now the weather isn’t so summery & everywhere runs out!
