To ask for your recommendations for a really good thickening shampoo?

Hi all,

I suffer with Trichotillomania and it can get pretty bad sometimes. My anxiety has been increased since lockdown and this whole awful pandemic. I am home working and feel anxious most days.

I have been trying hard to stop pulling but its been extremely difficult for the last month.
My hair is very thin on top and doesn't feel healthy.

Does anyone have any really amazing recommendations for a great repair and thickening shampoo?

Beauty Pie do a lovely shampoo. I’ve very fine hair - but lots of it. The texture of the shampoo is odd but it has an amazing effect on my hair - people ask if I’ve had it done (obviously not now, but in normal times).

Just an update, Living Proof’s Thickening Cream is fabulous! I love the result, just made my hair soft/fluffy/poofy (without frizz), which is a godsend for my fine hair. Thanks for the recommendation @Abraid2

Thanks for the recommendations! I've just ordered Watermans.

Any update on how Waterman’s worked out ? Just ordered some as my hair is shocking all of a sudden/ major breakage and loss seemingly overnight

My mum swears by manes and tails shampoo it's for horses, and people too!
