Assuming it was the last one you were to eat (eg you’re on death row), what would it be? Mine would be a steak tartare starter, seafood linguini main (with fresh lobster, shrimp, clams and crab) and a cheese board to finish.

No starter. Proper fish and chips (with batter bits) from the Black Country living museum.

A double patty burger with blue cheese and triple cooked chips.

Cheese board with port to finish

Home made canapes for starters followed by full Christmas dinner as main course.

A bacon cheeseburger on brioche bun with gherkins and ketchup with a side of halloumi fries and normal fries.

A platter of desserts including chocolate mousse, trifle, banoffee pie, tiramisu and apple and blackberry crumble.

Drink would be a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows.

Oysters to start, if I'm dying in oyster season, otherwise tuna ceviche

Chicken breast wrapped in bacon with peppercorn sauce, roast baby potatoes, broccoli, and asparagus

Chocolate fudge cake with fresh strawberries and honeycomb ice cream

Lots of champagne

Caprese salad starter
Fillet steak, chips, grilled tomato, tenderstem and onion rings with peppercorn sauce

A massive board full of cheeses, bread and oils, cured meats, olives, chutney, smoked salmon, stuffed vine leaves and peppers.
And a bottle of prosecco on the side.

Ohhhh a platter of oysters! With a big bowl of perfect French fries on the side.

Or, a spread of Japanese, Chinese and Korean.

Maybe a bbq suckling pig, Filipino style...

If I was going nostalgic, I’d have frikadeller like my grandmother used to make them, Danish hotdogs with all the trimmings, a traditional Danish Christmas flæskesteg, a Danish Julemiddag, a Danish layercake and some æbleskiver to finish.

Oh and drinks would be prosecco 🥂

Full roast beef dinner with really strong horseradish sauce, crispy roast potatoes, homemade Yorkshire puddings and a selection of veg including cauliflower cheese. Washed down with half a bottle of pinot noir.

Oh we get pudding! New York cheesecake ( I once ate a whole one)

Fresh crusty bread with butter and some continental cheeses 😊

Meat and potato pierogi with bacon Lardons and pork fat (I’m polish lol)

Warm chocolate Cookie dough with vanilla ice cream.

Full fat coca Cola with ice.

Do you feel your comment was relevant, let alone interesting? Vegetarians/vegans eat meals too.

Mine would have to be baked camembert with rosemary and garlic with crusty bread and green grapes to start, a pallet-cleansing helping of halloumi fries, followed by ribeye steak with leek and stilton sauce, onion rings and sweet potato fries. Pudding would be, I think, Maltesers cheesecake with Bailey's cream. Washed down with a salted caramel milkshake and a bottle of New Zealand sauvignon blanc.
