Should probably start with I’m pregnant and finding this one the hardest.

We went out for dinner to Pizza Express. Ate half my pizza and took the other half home to eat later. Actually said this at the table. Husband inhaled his then finished off the kids.
He’s just walked into the room eating it! 😭 It’s all gone.

Now he’s huffy I called him out on it!

Can’t tell if I’m being hormonal or if he’s being an ass 😂

I’d kill him and that’s without pregnancy hormones. Honestly, that’s incredibly selfish and rude of him. Why did he think that was ok?

He was a greedy, selfish piglet. I haven't forgiven my partner for eating my Magnum. Bought a four pack so 2 each. He ate his the first 2 evenings after shopping came and then ate one of mine too. Didn't tell me until I went to find it. Pigboy. He owes you pizza .

M: is that my pizza???
H: yea ...
M: why? I was saving that for later or lunch tomorrow
H: sorry, I’ve never known you to eat left over pizza (lies! But really there is never usually pizza left over but you know sharing my body with another leaves less space for full meals)
M: you know that’s not true. Do you not remember me crying over pizza last time I was pregnant?? (That one was purely hormonal)
H: I’ll buy you a new pizza, you can get one tomorrow (said slightly huffy)
M: I don’t want a new pizza. I want my pizza!

I’m calmer now and have decided when the kids are in playgroup on my one child free morning I’m taking myself for a fancy breakfast at the bakery I love instead of doing the shop Grin

At least in my mind, as I am a very angry pregnant lady type. Calm and reasonable me, would agree he is an absolute arse to do that, and so nonchalantly too. He has shown no regard for you and what is yours. Chop off his thieving hands!!!

Now I want pizza.. mmm

@Crunchymum I wanted to order from our normal place. DH thought we should try the new place that just opened. Pizza was horrible. I sobbed. Blush in my defence I was about 8 months pregnant and the toddler was insistent on not sleeping

Back in the days before we said 'I'm not ill, I'm pregnant' I think men knew better. Pregnant women should be cosseted and have their every whim met- they are very busy growing a whole new opinionated person and need all the support they can get!
