The problem with both Claes Bang and Idris Elba is their age. Roger Moore creaking around his last Bond films wasn’t great.

They need to be young enough to play the role for a couple of films.

But I am still going to post some pictures...

Rufus Sewell is gorgeous, I walked past him once when he was filming, and gazed into those mesmerising hazel eyes.........He still looks so striking.

I love Johnny Flynn's music and have seen him be very good on stage in creepy roles but he is 100% devoid of charisma and charm, he'd be an atrocious Bond! Rufus Sewell is utterly delicious but not the right body type to be Bond, he's too slim and wiry. I reckon James Norton's got it in the bag.

We need someone dark and brooding, not another pretty boy blonde.
And yes needs to be around 35-40 for the life experience but not too old to be believable in the stunts. I love Idris but I think his moment has passed.

In the past I would've said Matthew McFayden but after seeing him in P&P I'm not so sure. He was great in Spooks back in the day though.

I loved Rufus Sewell as Seth* in the television adaptation of "Cold Comfort Farm".

But I don't mind too much about Bond if only Richard Osman can be Q.
