I agree Rufus Sewell is too old (I recall him waaay back in Middlemarch) any maybe not athletic enough, either. Any actor needs to have 10 strong years in the role of JB before he’s put into the Hall of Fame.

The problem with Bond is that by the time an actor is famous enough to play him, he’ll be too old. Even Daniel Craig said he gets injured on set quite a lot.
