Oooh, one of the reasons I defected to Mumsnet instead of my previous parenting website was the HORRIBLE abundance of text speak and glittery stuff and pictures. First you had to actually find the darned post amongt the sparkle, and then you had to decode the dreadful English. Ugh! I was so relieved to find Mumsnet and clear posts!

May I pompously point out that I never abbreviate anything when I'm texting either.
